LARS, HH-60

  • Prime contractor on HH-60 Aircraft Modification Program with WR-ALC, Warner Robins, Ga.
  • Program management – managed overall program to include logistics and subcontractors
  • Engineering services – design and build level 3 drawing packages
  • Technical services – technical writing to include Time Compliance Technical Order (TCTO) and Technical Order (T.O.) updates
  • Kits – kit building and delivery, depot modification installs, and spares

Engine Trailer Study and Proof of Concept, WR-ALC, SECC

  • Conducted life extension study on 3000, 4000, and other support equipment engine trailers.
  • Focused on identifying commonalities among trailers to move toward a single engine trailer to include proprietary and identifying possible commercial-off-the-shelf replacement parts (if applicable).
  • Successfully developed proof of concept for new 4000 series trailer.
  • Developed TCTO procedures to correct safety deficiencies with ETLE and developed engineering design corrections for 4000 SUNBELT trailer.

Depot Maintenance, FMS F-16, Taiwan, Luke AFB

  • Provide aircraft maintenance team support to F-16, Taiwan FMS Program at Luke AFB, Arizona as subcontractor to L3 Vertex Aerospace

Warehouse Operations, Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma, AZ

  • Manage warehouse operations for Bureau of Reclamation
  • Implement commercial practices in day-to-day operations, using MAXIMO computer system.
  • Manage excess program, DRMO sales, local procurement/management of $500,000 Micro purchase Program.

United States Corps of Engineers, Tennessee

  • Provide engineer technicians and quality assurance personnel to assist the Engineering Department in overseeing contracted services in federal dam projects.

Logistics Support Services, Navy Depot Operations, California

  • Directly supported aircraft maintenance operations at North Island, Camp Pendleton, and Le- Moore for Navy Depot, San Diego
  • Weapon systems supported included the FA-18, E2/C2, and varying helicopters
